Kayla Burkhart

Kayla Burkhart is General Manager of Dakota Midland Grain in North Dakota, where she has led the organization for the past seven years. She began her career in the grain industry working harvest at her hometown cooperative, weighing and dumping trucks, and subsequently attended Montana State University, where she earned a degree in Agricultural Business. Prior to joining Dakota Midland, Kayla spent 10 years with CHS Inc. in Minot, ND, advancing from grain procurement to grain division manager. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the National Grain and Feed Association. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
