Originally from New Orleans, LA, Hayes graduated from Northwest Kansas Technical College with a degree in Precision Agriculture, specializing in Unmanned Aviation. His career in unmanned aviation began in sales and training, where he provided industry-specific drones to the Geospatial, Agricultural, and Public Safety sectors. This experience allowed him the opportunity to combine his technical expertise with his passion for advancing innovative technology across these industries.

In his role as Technology and Inspection Specialist with CCS Group, Hayes will utilize cutting-edge drone and GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) technology.

Outside of work, Hayes enjoys spending time with friends and attending live music events. Hayes is also excited to take his passion for aviation to the next level by working towards obtaining his manned pilot’s license soon!
