Hans McDonald 

Hans McDonald is the Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist for Louis Dreyfus Company’s North American Operations. Hans graduated from the University of Missouri: Columbia with Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Economics. He started his professional career in 1989 with the Archer Daniels Midland Company gaining increased responsibility and exposure in Country Elevator Management, Barge Loading Operations, Grain Quality and Grain Handling Safety and Compliance. From there he began a very successful decade with the North American ESH Team at Monsanto where he specialized in ESH reviews for Capital Projects and Cotton Seed Manufacturing. In 2014, Hans moved to Smithville, MO and after making solid contributions at several local KCMO metro Food and Ag businesses, he settled into multiple roles with Louis Dreyfus Company, where he focuses heavily on Regulatory Compliance, Safety Leadership Training, Root Cause Analysis, Onboarding and Mentoring New Hires and SHE Management Excellence.
