Andrea graduated from Kansas State University with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Animal Science, Feed Science, and Milling Science and Management.

She started her career in 2003 and has held various operations, process safety, and occupational health and safety positions throughout her career working for Horizon Milling LLC, Cargill, ADM, and Bunge.

Bunge started their Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) journey in 2019. Andrea and two team members were speakers at the 2023 HOP Summit in Indianapolis.
