Craig Schultz grew up in Wisner, NE and graduated from University of Nebraska-Kearney with degrees in agri-business, business administration, and a minor in economics.

With 29 years of experience in agri-business, Craig helped lead Midwest Farmers Cooperative and Frontier Cooperative through
their 2019 merger.

Today, Craig oversees 62 locations and
425 employees, prioritizing the employee and customer experience. He has served in
his role as COO for 12 years.

Craig and his wife Joni reside in Bennington, NE. They have two children. Their son Layton, attends South Dakota State University
and daughter Ainsley, attends
the University of Kansas.
